To arrange an appointment for a consultation, please email us at appointments@newlifeclinic.org.uk or call Sarah on 01372 738 932. We encourage you to have a referral letter from either your general practitioner or your specialist, however self referrals are accepted. Please make sure you bring any relevant medical reports or test results with you if these have not already been forwarded to us by your referring doctor.
